TROUBLESHOOTING
• Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals as
these will dull the fi nish and void your warranty.

Leak from under handle.
Retainer nut has come loose.
Ball seal damaged or dirty.
Seats damaged.
Tighten the retainer nut. Clean
or replace seal. Replace seats
and springs.
Aerator leaks or stream is
distorted.
Aerator is dirty or mis-fi tted.
Aerator is loose or seal is
missing.
Remove aerator, check for
debris in the aerator screens
and confi rm the rubber washer
is properly installed. Tighten
aerator. Replace aerator.
