Fill the reservoir with mineral or baby oil provided. Use only 1 bottle
of oil provided. Check oil level monitor window. The oil level should
never exceed the maximum line.

Attach the air chuck connecter (Pro S 25 only), Smoke Hose and
Detachable Power Cables found in the accessory case
•
Attach shop air to the Pro S 25. The Pro S 75 has a built-in chuck
•
Connect power cables to a fully charged 12V vehicle battery.
Do not
attach to a battery charger or any other power source.
•
Close the airflow dial on the airflow meter.
•
Start the unit by pushing the
red
button on the front panel. A 5-
minute working cycle will begin.
•
Open the airflow dial on the airflow meter. You can control the
amount of smoke by opening or closing the airflow dial on front.
•
Within 1 minute smoke will appear. Unit is now ready to use for
diagnostic purposes.
Note:
Pressing the red button again within a working cycle will stop the
smoke mode and revert to the air mode immediately. (There can be
some smoke residue in the hose).
DIAGNOSTIC OPTIONS
•
EVAP SYSTEM:
•
Inject system with air only to confirm there is a leak. (run air leak
decay test)
•
Locate EVAP access port (Green cap in engine compartment)
•
Remove EVAP valve (tool supplied and note thread is left hand)
•
Attach EVAP hose provided.
•
Pressure gauge should go up close to the black mark.
•
Turn airflow to off position
•
If the pressure needle does not fall, you have no leak.
•
If the pressure needle does fall, you still have a leak. Repeat the
process.
