6.3.2 Machine Side
Adjust the gripping depth (machine side) so, that the
steel-lamellas are gripping in the
½
of the stone layer
(see fig. 8).
Example: with stone layer breadth of 800 mm
→
170 mm
With extremely large stone layers it recommends to
adjust the gripping depth a little lower, so that the steel-
lamellas grip in the lowest range of the stone layer.
Otherwise it exist the danger that the stone layer breaks
out.
Swing crank (1) upwards. Adjust the gripping depth on both sides, right and left.
Then push lever (1) down again and lock.
