5 Installation
5.1.1 Secure the hollow forks

The device can also delivered
custom-build with hollow forks
(4) (instead with standard
forks).
Therefore the mounting of the
lifting plate at the wheel loader
is not more necessary.
●
Remove safety clips (1) and
socket pins (2) from the socket
pin receiver (3).
●
Slide in complete with the forks
of the wheel loader (5) into the
hollow forks (4).
●
Insert socket pins (2) again and
secure with safety clips (1), to avoid
that the forks (5) could not slide out
of the hollow forks (4).
If the JUMBO-BV-VARIO is to be mounted using the hollow forks on to a machine (wheel loader) that the
forks are not fixed rigid , suitable measures should be taken to make sure it is secure and that the forks
cannot flip up or move on one side.
Otherwise there is the highest risk of accidents!
5.2 Adjust the distance between the forks

Adjust the forks to the size of the pallet

Move the forks carefully under the pallet.
Never set the wheel loader onto the forks, because
they might break!
Control all 16 bolts (see

) on the hollow forks daily.
