4.18 Safety procedures using wheel loader

To prevent any injury and to reduce
noise always close the silencer hood.
●
Never set the wheel loader onto the
forks.
●
Never move the wheel loader with a
kerb stone sucked up
●
Move the wheel loader only,
- when the lifting unit is fixed with a
chain,
- when the boom is secured with socket
pin against swing about.
●
While using device Jumbo BV, be sure
that there are no person in the working
area. It is strictly forbidden to stay under
hanging goods.

The driver of the wheel loader have to
stay on his seat as long as the Jumbo BV
vario-b is carrying goods. and must
always be able to see the load.
●
It is not allowed to put or drag kerb
stones diagonally.

Avoid quick or jerky movements with
the device Jumbo BV vario-b .
●
Do not use the device to jerk seized
products.
●
Only start the compressor, when the
lever is on position „lower“ and the
suction plate is not positioned over
load.
●
Never release the control lever, as long
as a kerb stone is lifted.
●
Switch off the vacuum blower with each
work stoppage and deposit the kerb
stone on the ground.
Never make a
work stoppage with lifted kerb stone,
danger of overheating of the gear unit.
●
If the compressor should fail, switch the
operating lever immediately to position
„lift“. The remaining vacuum will ensure
that the load will not fall down.
