Case Dimension ‘D’ Adjustment
Loosen both clamp handles and adjust the
Snap Folders
until the aluminum guide bars are within 1/8” of
the case sides. Both folders will move together. Tighten the clamp handles to lock them in position.
3. Conveyor case width adjustment
Case Dimension ‘D’ Adjustment
Adjust the drive belts in until they lightly contact the case sides. Remove the box through the infeed and
wind the belts in by a further one half turn or until the box just slides easily between the infeed guides.
Note: Depending on case fill, case weight and box variation it may be necessary to make minor
adjustments to the settings for best performance. If the infeed guide skis are adjusted to be 3/16” – 1/4"
[5mm – 6mm] wider than the face of the conveyor belts, an easy sliding fit of the case between the skis
will indicate a correct width adjustment and makes a quick way to size the adjustment to the case width.
