CONTINUOUS WASH/DRY CYCLE
To obtain the best results, do not exceed the recommended washing loads.
- 3.0 kg max. for resistant fabrics.
- 1.5 kg for synthetic and mixed fabrics.
With the above loads, the washing will be able to move freely in the drum without any excessive creasing
thus guaranteeing an effective and uniform drying action. Before starting a continuous wash/dry cycle, follow
the procedure described below.
1
Remove any objects from the pockets of clothing items before putting them in the drum,
2
Do not put a plastic detergent container in the drum as this may overheat and melt.
3
Set the drying time using the timer knob.
4
Select the ideal program (the machine will only effect a drying cycle in “Cotton, Synthe-
tic” programs).
5
Press the ON/OFF button (see “Using the washing machine”)
6
To start the machine, press the “Start” button.
7
At the end of the wash and dry program, the “End” led will light up.
8
Press the start/stop button (see “Washing machine operation”).
9
With dry hands, disconnect the power supply cable from the mains.
10
Close the water feed valve.
11
Remove the dry washing.
5
. Make sure that the drain hose is positioned correctly.
6
. With dry hands, plug the power supply cable into the mains socket.
7.
Press the ON/OFF button:
8
. To start the drying cycle, press the “Start” button.
Advice:
Normally, threads from the washing will be discharged through the exhaust duct. However, if you
have used the machine as a drier only or if you have washed and dried particular items, it is advisable
to remove the washing and perform a rinse and spin cycle. This will remove any threads from the drum
and prevent them from re-depositing during the next cycle.
Warning! During the operating cycle, the door glass will heat up. Therefore, try to avoid contact with it.
8
. Press the ON/OFF button.
9
. With dry hands, disconnect the power supply cable from the mains.
10
. Close the water feed valve.
11
. Remove the dry washing.
