Constant Volume Valve Reassembly
After installing a Constant Volume (CV) Venturi Valve and before turning air on to the system, it is necessary to reconnect the
factory calibrated linkage.
NOTE:
After the linkage has been reconnected, the valve will be set to the factory calibrated airflow rate. Please refer to the
Venturi Valve’s specification label to confirm the airflow value. If adjustment is required to the airflow during the balancing
process, please see the
Balancing section.
STEP 1
Cut cable tie and remove instruction tag from the valve. For a multi-body valve there will be
more than one cable tie.
STEP 2
First take out the hair pin and then remove the clevis pin. Keep both the clevis pin and hair
pin for Step 4.
STEP 3
Move the control arm to line up the holes.
STEP 4
Re-insert clevis and hair pin.
