Step 3: attaching the rods of the moving handles, moving handles and pedal tubes
Insert the Plastic Insert (33) to the Upright Post (7);
Fix the Lower Handle Bar (5),(6) to the Upright Post (7) with
Bolt (30) ,Curved Washer(31),Washer (32), Arc Washer (18).
Fix the Pedal Tubes (3) (4) with the Pedal Crank by Pedal
Hinge Bolt (16), Curved Washer (19), and Nylon Nut (20).
Step 4: assembling the pedals
Install the Pedal (29) on the Pedal Tube (3) with Hex Head
Bolt (21), Nylon Nut (22). Fix the Handlebar (8) to the Lower
Handle Bar (5) (6) with Bolt (34), Arc Washer (27) and
Domed Nut (36).
