6. Generator usage
WARNING: Ensure grounding is connected (grounding Rod). Check with an
electrician in case of any doubts.
WARNING:
Never connect the 230 voltage output of the equipment to a
building or house (not even during a power outage). The return of the main
network would clash with the generator's voltage and cause serious damage to the
equipment or even a fire.
WARNING:
Do not connect in parallel with other generators to add power,
both would result damaged and will fire hazard.
NOTE: If a cable extension is needed, make sure you use a good quality
rubber extension and appropriate section: Below the minimum recommendations
In any case consult your electrician, he is the one to determine the cable in
function of distance and tension.


NOTE: Devices that use an engine such as compressors, water pumps,
saws, radials, etc. require up to 3 times more power for start up. For example, a
500 W water pump would need a 1500 W generator for start up. Verify that
charges upon connection do not exceed the maximum power of the group
according to this indication.
