Facing the machine, stand on the floor
and cross the straps in front of you.
Hold the strap handles with neutral
grip and pull, maintaining tension.
Keep your chest up and your elbows
bent. Pull with your arms only.

Reverse Chest Press
Grab the handles, turn away from the
machine and stagger your stance.
Keep the straps underneath your arms
and press forward, keeping tension on
the straps for the duration of
the exercise.
Integrated Row
Stand on the platform and cross the
straps in front of you. Hold the strap
handles with neutral grip and pull,
maintaining tension. Keep your chest
at a 45 degree angle and your elbows
bent. Pull with your arms only.
Kneeling Shoulder Press
With your right side facing the
machine, place your right knee on
floor. Adjust the length of strap to
be taut when your elbow is bent just
below 90 degrees. Use an overhand
grip and press up toward the ceiling,
maintaining tension.
