10. If the pump is removed from the drum, it should be thoroughly rinsed in a
liquid that is compatible with both the pump and fluid.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction
and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the contents are included.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
1. Place the coupling nut (#4) over the spout (#3).
2. Screw the nut and spout to the pump head (#1).
3. Align the end of the handle (#7) with the opening in the piston rod (#14).
Insert the handle lever (#12) through both and secure with a split bin (#13).
4. Insert the telescopic tube seal (#27) over the telescopic tube (#26) connected
to the base (#25). Insert the second telescopic tube (#28) into the seal.
5. Tighten all nuts and check that the seals are properly seated.
OPERATION
1. Tighten the piston rod nut (#5).
2. Adjust the length of the telescopic suction tube (#28) to reach the
barrel’s bottom.
3. Insert the suction tube into the barrel opening and screw the pump
into place.
4. Position the receptacle container. Raise and lower the handle (#7) to pump
the contents into the container.
