TROUBLESHOOTING
Visit a Princess Auto Ltd. location for a solution if the tool does not function
properly or parts are missing. If unable to do so, have a qualified technician
service the tool.

Possible Cause(s)

Pump does not
dispense fluid.
1. Pump not able to
create adequate
suction.
2. Pump is drawing in
air, instead of fluid or
losing prime.
3. Suction tube inlet is
blocked.
1. Prime pump.
2. Possible solutions:
a. Tighten all connections and
seals of the pump and
suction tube.
b. Replace worn or damaged
seals.
c. Dissassemble and
reassemble unit with thread
sealant tape on the threads.
Ensure the sealant tape is
compatible with the pumped
fluid.
3. Remove the suction tube and
clean.
