4. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches from the tool before operation or
connecting it to a power source. A wrench or key that is left attached to a
rotating part of the tool increases the risk of personal injury.
5. Do not carry the tool with fingers near or on the trigger/switch.
6. Never point the tool towards yourself. If it should slip, part of your body
could come in contact with moving parts.
7. The blades will become hot while cutting. Allow the blades to completely
cool before touching.
8. Do not place hands over air vents. Proper cooling of the motor is
necessary to ensure normal life of the tool.
9. Never force the tool. Excessive pressure could bend or break the blades,
resulting in damage to the tool, your workpiece or serious personal injury.
If your tool runs smoothly under no load, but does not run smoothly under
load, then excessive pressure is being used.
10. This tool will not stop moving immediately. Do not lay the tool down or leave it
unattended until it has come to a complete stop. A part that is moving could
make the tool jump or grab a surface and pull the tool out of your control.

1. Keep hands away from the cutting area and the blade. Ensure that both
hands and any power cords or other objects are clear of the
cutting path.
2. Ensure that the workpiece is properly supported to prevent body exposure,
blade binding or loss of control.
3. Always use blades that are correctly sized and shaped for the tool. Blades
that do not match the tool’s mounting hardware will run erratically, causing
loss of control.
4. Do not use dull, dirty or damaged blades. To clean blades, remove the blade
from the tool, clean it with gum and pitch remover, hot water or kerosene.
