1. release the start button.
2. check that the wheel has actually moved into the raised position.
3. Disconnect the plug from the power supply socket.
4. after the work is completed, keep the tool in a place where unauthorized persons cannot use it.

Disconnect the plug from the power supply socket before doing any maintenance work.

Do not make modifications to the machine’s electrical system.
•
Never carry out maintenance with the
motor running.
take caution with moving parts (grinding wheel) during maintenance work.

every time the machine is used, check:
the condition of the electricity supply lead and plug,
•
that the machine is securely fixed to the workbench,
•
that the wheel is not excessively worn,
•
that the wheel is balanced (check to make sure that it does not wobble to either side while in use).
