Clean the stainless steel surfaces using a mild water
soluble detergent, for example washing up liquid.
Do not
use scrubbing or abrasive products!
Clean the ‘oven’ joint using a mild water soluble
detergent. Once again this may also be washed using
a commercial dishwasher.
Do not use scrubbing or
abrasive materials, solvents or sharp tools!
Leave the cabinet doors or drawers slightly open after
the cleaning or when the unit is not in use to let
the moisture left in the cabinet construction to evaporate.
The rails of the drawers maybe washed within a
commercial dishwasher. Rails should be thoroughly
cleaned at least once a month.
Grease the rails after use cleaning with a FOOD
GREASE spray which you will fi nd has been supplied
with this unit.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Should the counter fail to start
Check that the power switch is ON and that the green
indicator light is illuminated (page 5).
Check that the thermostats are NOT in stand-by mode
(pages 4-6).
Check that the electric cable has been connected
correctly to the socket.
Check that the fuse of the socket is not damaged.
Check that the thermostat does NOT indicate a gauge
failure (refer alarms).
Should the bains marie or the heated table top fail to
heat
Check that the electrical cable is connected correctly to
the socket.
Check that the fuse of the socket is not damaged.
Check that the thermostat has been set to the correct
temperature.
Check that the thermostat does not indicate a gauge
failure (refer alarms).
Should the cubpoard fail to heat
In addition to the points above, check that the internal
fan within the unit is turning. The fan itself makes a slight
humming noise.
Check that the thermostat does not indicate a gauge
failure (refer alarms).
CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE
12 month parts only warranty. In addition a 12 month
labour and maintenance contract can be provided by
your service agent if required.
The quarantee does not cover faults caused by
-transportation
-overloading or users negligence
-negligence due to not reading manuals, proper care and
maintenance
-modifi cations or repairs performed by an unauthorized
service agent
-use of parts not supplied and approved by
the manufacturer
The quarantee does not cover
-incidental scratches/marks or other minor faults caused
when unpacking or during installation that does not effect
operation or performance oh the equipment
The manufacturer or his selling agent is not at any
circumtances liable for food loss howsoever it
occurs.

SERVICE UNDER GUARANTEE PERIOD
In addition a 12 month labour and maintenance contact
can be provided by your service agent if required.
When claiming guarantee work, please provide the
manufacturers model number which can be found on the
name plate, this name plate has been attached to the
inner frame of the unit towards the upper left-hand side
either towards the front or the rear of the unit. This plate
may also be found near to the front or behind the drawer.

DISPOSAL OF UNIT AT THE END OF ITS
WORKING LIFE
Once the DHMC unit is no longer required and requires
disposal it may not be just thrown away as the unit does
contain WEEE-waste.
Should the bains marie basin fail to empty of water
Check that the sieve or drain is not blocked.
Check that the outlet tube is not blocked or crushed.
