The Manufacturer, or its authorized distributor, warrants the 
original purchaser of machine against manufacturing defects in 
materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the 
original date of purchase of the machine provided that: 

1 

Only the manufacturer branded pancake-mix has been used 
by the operator. (The manufacturers warranty is voided 
through the use of non-authorized pancake-mix.) 

2 

The machine has been operated strictly in accordance with 
the instructions outlined in the Machine Operating Manual. 

3 

All technical servicing and repair of the machine has been 
conducted by the manufacturers authorized distributor only. 

For all further information on Service or in the event of difficulties, 
please contact your nearest distributor which can be located by 
visiting our company website www.popcake.com 

The manufacturer reserves the right to make minor design 
changes to the product without obligation to install such changes in 
any of its previously manufactured product. This warranty does not 
extend to damage, break-down or malfunction caused by misuse, 
negligence, acts of God or the use of non authorized accessories 
The Manufacturer will in no event be responsible or liable for any 
indirect or consequential damages from interrupted operations due 
to non-performance of the machine or other causes.

A: The shelf life of the mix is twelve (12) months from the 
manufacturers date code printed on the Popcake box.
