Power up mode
The machine is starting up.

The warming up process takes about 6 minutes.
The bar graph fills as the temperature increases.
The graph fills from left to right until the machine is
at operating temperature. Warming Up
When the machine has reached operating
temperature and does not contain a bag of batter,
it will display a message.
You can now load the bag following the “Change
bag procedures” on page 13. Load Bag Now
Then Close Lid
Is the Bag Loaded?
Press OK For YES
After loading a bag of batter the machine enters the Ready Mode .

ANCEL
key cannot be used to exit the Power up Mode .
Ready mode (making the pancakes)
The machine is ready to accept orders.
Action / Detail Display
The standard number of pancakes in each serve
is preset. Press the OK key to make the preset
number of pancakes.(Pre-set : Stack Size)
Press OK for 2
If you wish to change the quantity of pancakes
made, press the required numbers using the 1 -
0 buttons located on the control panel on the
front of the machine and then press OK. <OK> To Make ##

If you wish to change the default number of
pancakes made (i.e. Stack Size) when the OK
button is pressed, see “Cake stack size” on page
24 and “Mini stack size” on page 25.
After entering orders, the machine enters the Make Mode unless
the machine is in “Self-Serve” mode in which case you will see the
message “Please Wait” flashing on the screen.
