You can continue entering orders while the machine is in
Make Mode . You do not have to wait until the previous order
has been cooked.
Make mode
The machine is making orders.
Action / Detail Display
Each make order is added to the total number of
pancakes on order progressively. Making ## of ##

After making the first pancake, a graph will show on the display.
Moving from right to left, the graph indicates the approximate
position of pancakes on the belt as they are being cooked. The “S”
on the right indicates START and the “E” on the left indicates END.
When a bag is empty, the machine automatically reminds and
prompts you to change the bag.
When all orders are made, the machine re-enters the Ready
Mode .
Cancel mode
The machine is cancelling orders.
Press the C
ANCEL
key while in the Make Mode to enter the Cancel
Mode .
Action / Detail Display
To cancel some or all of the pancakes on order,
press C
ANCEL
. A message is displayed:
The display shows the maximum number of
pancakes that can be cancelled.
Cancel (max =06)
Qty To Cancel
Use the numbers on the front of the machine to
enter the number of pancakes you wish to
cancel. A message is displayed: Cancelling 03
<OK or Cancel>
Press OK.
You are returned to
Make Mode . This process
deducts the selected number from the total
number of pancakes on order
If there are no further pancakes on order, the
machine returns to the Ready Mode.

The Power Down Mode occurs when the machine is turning off.
