6_26931B ELS2100_2100 Ice Se rvice Manual_vsn2.0_maste r.doc

3) Disconnect all 3 cables from the 
PMT assembly.

4) Loosen the grub screw on the PMT 
assembly and remove the black rubber 
plug, as shown.

5) Carefully remove the PMT 
assembly from the optical block.

Attach the replacement PMT 
assembly making sure all three cables 
are re-connected.

Tighten the Grub screw and re- insert 
the black rubber plug.

The rubber plug must be inserted into the PMT assembly,
otherwise the detector will not perform correctly.
