6. CLEANING GLASS, WINDOWS
AND TILES
Make sure that you have prepared the ap-
pliance following the instructions listed in
Chapter 1 and connect the accessories listed
in Chapter 2.
6.1 Turn on the boiler by pressing the boiler
button (29) and adjust the strength of the
steam using the steam adjustment dial (31)(to
turn the boiler off press the boiler button again
(29)); for this type of surface we recommend
steam level 3. The steam indicator light (
) co-
mes on, and then turns off when the correct
temperature has been reached.
6.2 Connect the steam + suction nozzle (G) to
the handle (A) or to the extension tubes (C)
(23-24) and attach the window cleaning ac-
cessory (G1) (25).
Ensure that the steam lock on the handle is
deactivated.
6.3 Press and hold the steam trigger on the
handle (A) (33) and steam the surface abun-
dantly to dissolve the dirt.
6.4 Activate suction (28) and run the steam +
suction nozzle (G) with the window cleaning
accessory (G1) over the surface to proceed
with the drying.
The steam + suction nozzle (G) with the win-
dow cleaning accessory (G1) allows cleaning
to be completed quickly and simply, without
marks and smears.
The combined use of steam and suction al-
lows the most efficient sanitising of the surfa-
ce, dissolving dirt, and eliminating grease and
germs, and above all allows drying of the sur-
face.
7. CLEANING UPHOLSTERY
(mattresses, sofas, car interiors, etc.)
Make sure that you have prepared the ap-
pliance following the instructions listed in
Chapter 1 and connect the accessories listed
in Chapter 2.
7.1 For suction only, connect the nozzle for
frames (G) to the handle (A) (16) and press
the suction button on the appliance to pro-
ceed with the cleaning operations (32).
7.2 For steam cleaning and suction use the
nozzle for frames (G) with the cap (I)(26) at-
tached and connect it to the handle (A) or to
the extension tubes (C).
7.3 Turn on the boiler by pressing the boiler
button (29)
and adjust the strength of the
steam using the steam adjustment dial (31)(to
turn the boiler off press the boiler button again
(29)); for this type of surface we recommend
steam level 1/2. The steam indicator light (
)
comes on, and then turns off when the correct
temperature has been reached.
Ensure that the steam lock on the handle is
deactivated (32).
7.4 It is possible to use the suction and steam
features either together or by alternating
them, activating both as described in the pre-
vious points.
Combined use of steam and suction allows
the most efficient sanitising of the surface,
dissolving dirt and removing grease, germs
and mites; it allows brightens the colour of fi-
bres and dries surfaces more quickly.
8. CLEANING BATHROOM FIXTU-
RES, GROUTING AND KITCHEN
WORKTOPS
Make sure that you have prepared the ap-
pliance following the instructions listed in
Chapter 1 and connect the accessories listed
in Chapter 2.
8.1 Connect the steam concentrator acces-
sory (D) equipped with bristly round brush
(E) to the handle (A). The steam lance (D)
can be attached to the steam concentrator
accessory (F). This is recommended for rea-
ching the most difficult areas, ideal for clea-
ning radiators, door and window frames,
bathrooms and shutters.
8.2 Turn on the boiler by pressing the boiler
button (29) and adjust the strength of the
steam using the steam adjustment dial (31)
(to turn the boiler off press the boiler button
again (29)); for this type of surface we re-
commend level 4/5 of steam. The steam indi-
cator light (
) comes on, and then turns off
when the correct temperature has been rea-
ched.
8.3 Ensure that the steam lock is deactivated
(32) and press and hold the steam trigger on
the handle to begin cleaning.
8.4 Connect the suction lance (M)(33) to the
concentrator accessory (D)(27) and activate
the suction function to begin vacuuming im-
WARNING: Before cleaning leather or fa-
brics with steam, consult the manufacturer’s
instructions and always carry out a test on a
hidden part or on a sample of the material.
Allow the steamed part to dry to make sure
that no changes in colour or deformations
have occurred.
WARNING: To clean glass surfaces during
cold weather, preheat the windows starting
to vacuum from a distance of about 50 cm
from the surface.
