DMC Repair Manual Parts Replacement
Installation
1. Slide the shutter assembly into the optical mount between the two (2) screw positions.
2. Place the optical mount into the optical mount fixture with the threads facing down.
3. Install and tighten the two (2) screws that secures the shutter assembly to the optical mount.
4. Rotate the optical mount on the optical mount fixture to access the front of the optical mount.
5. Install the anti-alias optical filter assembly.
6. Hold the spanner nut securely while securing the spanner.
7. Remove the optical mount from optical mount fixture and place it into the front panel being
careful not to sctratch the front panel.
8. Install the CCD imager, backing pad, and CCD retainer.
9. Install the front panel and optics assembly.
10. Install the bottom extrusion.
