5. Text Mode

You can view the contents of a text (.txt) file using the RipDrive.

1. Press and hold the MENU button.

2. Select TEXT and press the

Play/Pause

button.

3. The TEXT folder appears together with a list of all the stored text (.txt) files.

4. Select the desired text (.txt) file and press the

Play/Pause

button to display it. If there is too much

information to be displayed on the screen, a scroll bar will appear. Use the

Jog

key to navigate the

file.

5. Press

the

Forward/Rewind

button to move to the previous or next text file.

Note:

To store a text file on the RipDrive, use the USB cable to connect the RipDrive to your PC and transfer a

text (.txt) file to the TEXTFILE folder.
