Troubleshooting

To avoid potential safety problems, use parts and accessories that meet specifications
given in this manual. Before each use, inspect the air tubing for damage, pinched are-
as, and leaks. Do not use if the integrity of these items is questionable.

1.

I hear air coming out

If it is from an air fitting push the hose in.

2. Unit won’t turn on

The unit has to be charged every night or it won’t hold its charge. Plug charger in
push button once and look at charger to see if battery connection button has
come on, if not call technical support.

3. Only one side of the lift bars is lifting

The airline is probable kinked in one side. Turn the unit air on full, analog regula-
tor to 60 lbs. Then unscrew height adjustment knobs and lift unit to full height.
Pull it up and let it down a few time's this should release the kink.

4

. Air tank not filling/compressor running continuously

That is because there is air releasing somewhere. Try to locate the leak:

If it is a hose attached to a fitting push it in.
