13. LOG OF THE OPERATIONS DONE ON THE MACHINE
13.1. MAINTENANCE RECORDS AND LOGBOOK
This inspection record is issued by the manufacturer to the platform owner in compliance with annex I
of Directive 2006/42/CE .
The inspection record is to be considered as a part of the machine and must accompany it throughout
its life until it is finally demolished.
In the register it is necessary to record the following situations in regard to the life of the machine:
• transfers of ownership.
• replacement of motors, mechanisms, structural elements, electrical components, hydraulic
components, safety devices and their related components.
• Significant faults with their relative repairs.
• Routine inspections.

Note
If there are not enough sheets in the record, add other sheets as necessary, photocopying them or
drawing them up in the same way as the ones present.
On the additional sheets, the user will indicate the type of platform, the factory serial number and the
year of manufacture so that they can become an integral part of this record.
