Appendix A • Reports
Overview of
Reports Your system prints short reports on an envelope or tape strip. To generate
long or detailed reports, you need an external printer. Not all of the reports
described here may be on your system. The types of reports available
depend on options you purchase and the manner in which you set up your
system.
Accessing
Reports To access reports:
1. Press the
Options key twice.
2. Select Reports .
3. A list of all the available reports appears in the display.
4. To select a specific report, press the number corresponding to the
report.
5. If the report is long or detailed, you are prompted to verify that the
printer is connected and paper is loaded.
For a short or summary report, you are prompted to insert an
envelope, or press the
Tape key.
6. Press Enter to print the report. For short or summary reports, if the
information cannot all fit on one envelope, you are prompted to insert
additional envelopes.

mailing system.
