The evacuation time from atmospheric pressure to desired vacuum pressure can be acquired by the following graphs.
e.g.) The time requires to reduce the pressure in the 5 liters tank from atmospheric pressure to 10 kPa abs by usingRPV062-60[50Hz]

16 seconds from the graph.
Note: If the initial pressure in the tank is lower than atmospheric pressure, calculate it using the formula in the next page.
Please take enough safety margin to select a Model code because the evacuation time changes by the difference of operating
environment such as pipe resistance or others.
