Password protection
The configuration is passwordprotected.

Parameters can only be changed once a password has been entered.

Factory setting for the password: 000000

The pasword consists of 6 figures in the range 000000 … 999999.

The password can be changed at any time in the menu.

word you will not be able to change the configuration.

Use chip card
The parameters that are set on a device are stored on the chip card. The data is stored
along with a device identifier and check sum. We recommend that you always operate the
device with a chip card.
When the chip card is inside the device:

The chip card is checked to verify the device identifier, valid parameters, and ensure
that the data is identical.
}
Device parameters are automatically saved to the chip card during configuration. As a
result, the chip card always contains a copy of the device's current internal data.
When the device is switched on in the
Power On
operating state (all LEDs illuminate
briefly) a test is carried out to check whether
}
a chip card is inserted or just an empty chip card holder
}
data on the chip card matches the data in the device
}
data on the chip card is valid.
