Control line
The signal is generated by the PIT m4SEU.
"0" signal
No transponder key is inserted or the transponder key that is
inserted is invalid.
"1" signal
A valid transponder key is inserted. The PIT m4SEU signals
to the controller when the download starts. The signal is
present for 100 ms.
