Mode

The

Mode

group includes

Period Source

selections.

Period Source

The

Period Source

defines which source will be used as the period clock. There are

two sources, internal or external.

Int Clock

In the

Int

ernal

Clock

an internal continuous pulse stream is generated. The period

can be set from between 1 µs to 1 s (a frequency from 1 Hz to 1 MHz).

Ext Trigger

In the

Ext

ernal

Trigger

each active input edge on the

TRIGGER INPUT

connector

triggers a single or countdown output cycle.

Trigger

The

Trigger

defines how pulses are generated, continuously or manually.

Continuous

pulse periods are generated continuously by using internal or

external clock source.

option can be used to manually run (

) each pulse period.
