Erasing messages

Erasing individual messages

Press the 

r

 key on the handset.

r

 is displayed.

The display shows the day, time and the number of messages received. 
 If it has been selected, the voice prompt starts up.

Press 

V

.

The answering machine plays back the messages.

While listening to the messages,

 

press 

x

 

when the answering 

machine plays back the message you want to erase.

A beep confirms that the message has been erased.  The number of the 
received messages displayed is updated automatically.

Erasing all the messages received

Press the 

r

 key on the handset.

Press 

s

.

Press and hold 

x

 for more than 1.5 seconds.

A beep confirms that all the messages have been erased.

Personalising your answering machine

If you have recorded an outgoing message and set the day and time, you can use 
your answering machine.  However, you can also personalise the settings your 
answering machine.

The following possible settings are available:

Select the voice prompt for received messages (
