Your Onis Answering machine

Using your answering machine

When you have installed your Onis and set up the answering machine (day and
time set), the answering machine is ready for use, either from the handset or from
the base station.

Switching on the answering machine

Using your handset

Press

r

to enter answering machine mode then, if message playback

starts, press

s

.

l

is displayed. The number of messages and the time are displayed.

Press ON .

ANSW

ON

is displayed. Your answering machine is now on.

Press

r

to leave answering machine mode.

l

remains displayed to indicate that the answering machine is on.

When the memory is full,an error beep is emitted and

ANSW

FULL

is displayed on

the handset.

Using the base station

Press ON/OFF to switch on the answering machine.

The

ON/OFF

indicator light turns green to indicate that the answering

machine is ready to receive calls.

When the memory is full, an error beep is emitted and

ANSW

FULL

is displayed on

the handset. The

ON/OFF

indicator light on the base station flashes quickly.

Press

is displayed. The number of messages and the time are displayed.

Press OFF .

is displayed. The answering machine is switched off.

to leave answering machine mode.

Using the base station

Press ON/OFF to switch off the answering machine.

The green

indicator light switches off to indicate that the answering

machine is switched off.
