SYNCHRONIZATION

Sound

Enhancer

slave. In this mode an

external clock

replaces

the

internal

clock. Two sources of

external

signal

can

han

either the XLR

SPDIF

connector.

While the

Sound

Enhancer is slaved to the word

clock the

SYNC

LED

permanently

o n .

While

the

Sound

Enhancer is

slaved

to a

valid

AES/EBU input signal the

SYNC

LED

flashes.

When

word

clock

is present

and

also

digital input

signal,

the

Sound Enhancer uses

its

own

internal clock. The

SYNC

LED

then

off.

The

Sound

Enhancer

can be synchronized only for 48

kHz

and

44.1

kHz.

The Synchronization

modes

of the

Sound

Enhancer

are

arranged

the

following

hierarchy:
