Solution
Door lock
The door is not properly shut. Close the door and restart.
Contact the service department if the problem persists.
Problem with
water injection
during a wash
The water inlet tap is not
open or the water is fl owing
too slowly.
The water inlet fi lter is
clogged.
The supply hose is tangled.
Water supply was cut off .
Open the water inlet tap,
wait until the water supply
returns to normal.
Clean out the water inlet
fi lter.
Straighten the supply hose.
Check the water taps in the
household.
Contact the service department if the problem persists.
Problem with
draining water
during a wash.
The drain hose is clogged or
tangled.
The pump is clogged.
Flush out or untangle the
drain hose.
Clean out the pump.
Contact the service department if the problem persists.
If another error message appears on the display, contact the service department.
