STD GAS AUTO-CALIBRATION KIT (OPTIONAL) 

 
When the STD gas auto-calibration kit MCO-SG is installed it is possible to calibrate CO

2

 density manually. 

 

1.

  Connect  a  standard  gas  cylinder  to  the 

connecting  port  on  the  lower  right  side  of  the 
incubator.  Use  a  cylinder  with  the  same  CO

2

 

density as the density set on the incubator. 

Note:

 There is no problem in keeping the standard 

gas  cylinder  connected  after  CO

2

  gas  density 

calibration is completed. 
 
 

2.

  Go  to  the  Tools  #1  screen  (

Menu

Press  “STD  Gas  Setting”  to  display  the  STD  Gas 
Setting screen.

 Enter the CO

2

 density of the connected standard 

CO

2

  gas  cylinder.  Press  “Apply”.  The  display 

returns to the Tools #1 screen.

 

Settable  range:  4.0  %–21.0  %;  factory  setting: 
5.0 %. 

Note:

 Don’t turn the CO

2

 STD Gas Density to OFF.
