User Identification Codes Matching in Both the Receiver and
Transmitter
The User Identification Codes must match in both the receiver and
transmitter. If they do not, the receiver collar will not function at all. If
the User Identification Codes do not match, please refer to "I
nterference
from Other Trainers
" to properly match the receiver and transmitter.

Dog 1/2 Switch Set to Dog 1
The receiver collar must be set to Dog 1 in order for the receiver to deliver
stimulation. If receiver switch #5 is set to Dog 2, the receiver will function
when the “Test/Tone” button is pressed. However, when a stimulation
button is pressed, the receiver will not deliver a stimulation. Figure 15
shows how to locate Switch S5 located inside the receiver.
The diagram below shows which setting for S5 is Dog 1 and which one
is for Dog 2. The "on" position reflects the switch being flipped towards
the battery compartment. The "off" position reflects the switch being
flipped towards the components located in the receiver.
The Dog 1/2 configuration
is to distinquish between
Dog 1 and Dog 2. Look
for future transmitters
that will take advantage
of this feature.
