Chapter 2 Installing drivers and host cards

The Speed Installation Options window is now displayed.

14.If required, in the Speed Installation Options window, select the

Re-Link kernel

option.

15.If you wish to retain the existing configuration from a previous device driver installation, in

the Speed Installation Options window, select

Retain Configuration Data

16.In the Speed Window Installation menu, click on

Options > Close

to close the window

and continue the installation process.

If you select

Re-link kernel

, a message window is displayed at the end of the driver

installation prompting you to re-boot the system.

17.In the message window click on

to continue the installation process.

The following message is now displayed upon completion of the installation process.

Hint
If you are installing more then one driver, you can de-select this option until you
have installed all the drivers and utilities you require to save time.
