Troubleshooting

The piezo igniter does not
work.
Damaged piezo igniter or
electrode.
Check the piezo igniter and
electrodes, and replace the
damaged part if necessary.
No or loose connection
between electrode and piezo
igniter.
Check the connection and
repair if necessary.
No gas.
Clogged nozzle.
Carefully clean the nozzle
with pressurized air. Never
use a needle or similar
pointed object.
Damaged solenoid valve. Replace the solenoid valve.
The burner switches on but
the flame dies out when
releasing the gas valve
button.
Damaged thermocouple
and/or thermo-element.
Check the thermocouple and
thermo-element, and replace
the damaged part if
necessary.
