• CAUTION: Always unplug the power cord immediately after use, before cleaning the Vibration Pad, before perfor-
ming maintenance, and before making any adjustments described in this manual. Never remove the motor cover
unless instructed to do so by an authorized service representative.
• The Vibration Pad is designed for indoor, home use only. Do not use in any commercial, rental or service situation.
• Ensure that it is safe and secure for use by children, the elderly and women of blessed condition.
• Persons with high blood counts, blessed conditions, tracheitis, heart or skin disease, diabetes, or other medical
conditions should use only as directed by a physician.
• Take care that children’s fingers or other objects do not get into the pedal slot, avoiding possible breakage of the
device.
• Children, elderly people and women in a blessed state should use it less.
• Do not use after drinking.
• Check functions (such as the shift button) to avoid malfunction and injury.
