Full body training pose:
With legs extended, stand
up on the footrest in
shoulder-width straddle
(use the lines drawn as a
guide)
Squat Pose:
Stand up in shoul-
der-width straddle, then
squat down.
Leaning pose:
Stretch your arms shoul-
der-width apart.
Lower Legs Pose:
Place your lower legs
parallel to each other on
the footrest, with your
hands resting on the floor
behind you.
Forward bend pose:
Standing with your legs
extended, lean forward
and place your hands on
the footrest.
One-legged pose:
Place one leg on the
footrest and relax.
Sitting Pose I:
Sit on the footrest in a
squatting position.
Sitting Pose II:
Sitting on a chair, place
your feet on the footrest.
