This bit MUST be set to ODD parity
Jumpers J10-13 and J17-20 are for selecting long or short 1553 stubs for channels 1 and 2, respectively. Jumpers
J14, J15 and J21, J22 are for selecting grounded or not grounded center tap for A and B busses on channels 1 and
2. The board has status LEDs to indicate Channel 1 and Channel 2 1553 active, power on, and fail. The fail LED
is controlled by bit b4 of the VCR. Table 2.2.1.4e has jumper definitions with defaults shown in italics.
