Bits b15 - b8 : Spare
The Remote Terminal (RT) address (b7-b2) and the sub-system flag (b0) are write only bits on the BCR. The RT
address consists of 5 address bits (b6-b2) and one odd parity bit (b7). Bit definitions for the BCR are in Tables
2.2.1.4.c and 2.2.1.4d.
