4.10 Supervisor Password Setting
When you select this function, the following message will appear at the center of the screen
to assist you in creating a password.

4.10.1 Changing Supervisor Password
Select the Supervisor from the Security section of the AMIBIOS Setup main menu. Enter the
password and press <Enter>. The screen does not display the characters entered. After the
new password is entered, retype the new password as prompted and press <Enter>.
If the password confirmation is incorrect, an error message appears. If the new password is
entered without error, press<=Esc>. The password is stored in NVRAM after AMIBIOS
completes. The next time the system boots, a password prompt appears if the password
function is present and enabled.

Auto Configuration with Optimal Settings
The Optimal default settings are best-case values that should optimize system performance.
If NVRAM is corrupted, the Optimal settings are loaded automatically.
