GUARANTEE LIST
Guarantee conditions :
1. PEGAS - GONDA s.r.o. claims, that a new machine has not any material and production
faults.
2. This machine is guaranteed for 12 months. The time of guarantee begins when the
machine is given to its user.( the date of taking over ).
3. If this machine is guaranteed, the PEGAS - GONDA company promises to repair it for
free. Any newly mounted part is guaranteed for 12 months since the date of mounting.
The part that is reclaimed and replaced is the property of PEGAS - GONDA company.
4. Realization of a guarantee service :
A) The owner (user) of the machine brings the machine or broken part to the
PEGAS - GONDA company, where it will be repaired or replaiced a bad part.
B) A technition from PEGAS - GONDA company comes to the owner ( user ) to
repair the machine or to replace a broken part for free. The cost of transport pays
owner ( user) of the machine.
5. Saw - blades, saw - discs, cleaning brushes, filtres, cutting emulsion are not guaranteed.
6. Following points are not guaranteed :
-
breakdown of another technology or any disaster caused by
atmospheric agencies
- wrong using of the machine or its overloading
- when the user (owner) or a third person intervents to the machine
without following the using instructions.

mounting any part that is not approved by PEGAS - GONDA company.
- not following the using instructions.
- using other saw-blades, saw- discs and liquids that are not
recommended by PEGAS - GONDA company.
WARNING :
Before machine instalation or before teaching a new worker we recommend to study
using instructions very carefully. Only then you perfectly use the high guality of our product.
We recommend you to follow dates given for choosing the suitable saw-blade, saw-discs.

To achieve the best quality of our services we accept only written orders ( fax, e-
mail,post).When ordering our service, please give us the type of machine, the date of its
production, serial number, the name and code of a spare part.
