ESTABLISHMENT AND FIXATING OF THE MACHINE
Before you place the machine find out the bearing capacity of the floor. ( It must be min.
the mass of the m the mass of supplementary parts + max. mass of material to
be cut). If the bearing capacity is not sufficient, a reguired base must be prepared.
Placement of the machine must be done according to enclosed schematic plan.
The machine must be placed so that the vice and roller conveyer were in the same level.
Accuracy of the machine and conveyer is connected with precise cutting. When placing
the machine you must be careful to have enough place for work with machine,
maintanance and for material. Ensure also necessary place for manipulation with
material to be cut.
When placement is ready (machine is fixed to the floor) you can remove parts used for
fixing during transport ( yelow colour).
CONNECTING TO THE ELCTRICAL NET
The machine PEGAS 235 AUTOMAT is equipped with
a cable with 5-pin plug 400V/16A. When connecting
into the plug, the machinie is ready for working.
Note: the plug is not included.
Only person with qualification according to valid
regulations is warranted to work on electrical
equipment of the machine.
