The following switching conditions are available for the bypass (example related to the unit version LEFT) :

t_som Temperature limit for activation of the summer ventilation
t_aul_min: limit value for the minimum outdoor temperature
H_som: Hysteresis of the temperature limit for activation of the summer ventilation

ACTIVE, if: T1 < T3 & T1 > t_aul_min & T3 > t_som + H_som

This menu shows whether a GHE shutter (ground heat exchanger shutter) is present.

Maintenance and repair by the qualified personnel
If regular maintenance work is not carried out on the FOCUS unit, this will affect the functionality of
the comfort ventilation.
Maintenance and repair by qualified personnel should be carried out by a maintenance service team on the basis of a
maintenance contract. Maintenance and repair measures of the FOCUS unit includes inspecting and cleaning the
fans and heat exchanger. The heat exchanger should be cleaned based on how dirty it gets but the maintenance
interval must not exceed two years.
