Parts made of metal, stainless steel and cast iron of Patton Kamado barbecues (such as metal straps, hinge
mechanism, grill, etc.) have a warranty period of 2 years.

Bamboo side tables are guaranteed for 2 years. Bamboo products are not covered against weathering and/or cracks,
unless the structural use is also lost.

The lid thermometer and Bluetooth Smart thermometer for the Patton Kamado have a warranty period of 2 years.
8.
On the felt rim a warranty period of maximum 6 months is applicable, as it concerns a user appliance.

The above mentioned warranty conditions only applies if the Patton Kamado has been correctly maintained. Correct
maintenance is meant at least:
a. The replacement of the maintenance felt in a timely manner
b. Regular tightening of various fasteners and so called hinges and locks.
c. Regular cleaning of the Patton Kamado.
d. Winter preparation of the Patton Kamado
These guarantees are based on normal and reasonable domestic use and maintenance of the Patton Kamado Grill. Commercial
use and similar applications are excluded from the guarantee. The warranty does not apply to additional or unforeseen damage
or breakage, or for damage caused by: transportation; dropping; incorrect assembly; improper support; attempts to support the
Patton Kamado Grill by means other than a solid, non-combustible surface under the base; commercial use; modifications;
alterations; negligence; abuse; improper care; hazards on the road; normal and reasonable wear and tear; or natural disasters.
The warranty does not apply to scratches, dents, chippings, hairline cracks, the appearance of small cosmetic cracks in the outer
enamel layer that do not affect the performance of the Patton Kamado Grill.
