No power. Make sure the cooktop is
connected to the power supply
and that it is switched on.
Check whether there is a power
outage in your home or area.
If you’ve checked everything and

The glass is being

Rough-edged cookware.
Cookware dragged across the
cooktop surface.
Unsuitable, abrasive scourer
or cleaning products being
used.

Some pans make
crackling or
clicking noises.
This may be caused by the
construc ti on of your
cookware
(layers of di ff erent metals

This is normal when the hob
is turned on for the fir st

Turn the hob o ff , let it cool and
wipe it down with lukewarm
water and so ft cloth to remove all
manufacturing residues.
