Hook the adjustment screw

Set the adjustment screw so that the welding wire sits firmly between
the press roller and the feed roll

Switch on the welder using the main switch .

Press the torch button .
Now the wire feed system pushes the welding wire through the cable
assembly and the torch .

As soon as the wire juts 1–2 cm out of the torch neck

, release the
torch button (see fig. 12).

Switch off the welder.
♦
Screw the flow nozzle back on.
Make sure that the flow nozzle matches the diameter of the
welding wire being used
(see fig. 13).
With the
supplied welding wire (Ø 0.9 mm) the flow nozzle
must be used with the next largest diameter of 1.0 mm .

Push the torch nozzle back onto the torch neck
