Troubleshooting Table 

This section includes a table of common problems and their solutions. 
For locations of the ACR90x0 controllers’ status LEDs, and for non-problem indications, see Chapter 2, 
Specifications, in the 

ACR9000 Hardware Installation Guide

. Table 1 in this chapter only lists problem LED 

indications. 
 

PROBLEM 

CAUSE / VERIFICATION

Power Status LED 

Power status LED is 
not on 

There is no power to the controller. 

Check for disconnected power cable. 
Check for blown fuse. 
Verify the power source meets requirements outlined in 
Chapter 2, Specifications, of the

There is inadequate power to the controller.

If the LED turns green after removing the cables, re-
attach the cables one at a time to determine which 
cable or device is causing the problem. 

 

If the LED does not turn green, contact Parker 
Technical Assistance.
